Member of the Islamic Jihad Political Bureau Mohammed al-Hindi on Friday said that thousands of Palestinians took part in the protests of the 27th Friday of the Great March of Return sending a message that the Palestinian people will never be subdued.
Speaking to the Palestinians protesting at the border east of Gaza city al-Hindi said that the Israeli occupation has tried violence siege and war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip but it will always fail to break their will.
He called on all Palestinians in the West Bank and the 1948 occupied territories to join the Gazan people and escalate their protests against the Israeli occupation.
Higher National Committee for the Great March of Return earlier this week called for the largest popular participation in the activities of the 27th Friday of the Great March of Return which would be organized particularly to mark the anniversary of al-Aqsa Intifada.
The committee affirmed in a statement that Gaza border protests will continue until the siege is lifted and refugees are allowed to return to their homes from which they were expelled in 1948.
