Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday stormed Ya’bad town southwest of Jenin and deployed a large number of soldiers in the neighboring areas.
Local sources reported that the IOF launched a large-scale search campaign in Ya’bad and erected a number of military checkpoints around the town.
In a related context the IOF installed checkpoints in other villages and towns in Jenin stopped the Palestinian vehicles passing through these checkpoints and scrutinized the Palestinian citizens’ IDs causing a severe traffic jam.
