A group of Israeli settlers on Monday afternoon took over a Palestinian house in the Old City of al-Khalil.
Anti-settlement activist Mohammed al-Zaghir said that the settlers broke into the house to seize it while escorted by a large Israeli force.
Al-Zaghir told Quds Press that the old house is located in an area that has been closed since 2001. Palestinians are denied access to their houses and shops in this area while Israeli settlers can use them easily.
