Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Tuesday raided Sebastia archeological site in the northern West Bank city of Nablus which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
The PIC reporter quoted eyewitnesses as saying that violent clashes broke out in Sebastia town when IOF violently stormed the area to secure the place for hundreds of Jewish settlers.
At least two youths were injured with live ammunition in the abdomen and foot during the clashes. The two were rushed to Nablus hospitals for treatment.
Israeli forces have imposed over the past two days a complete cordon on Sebastia’s archeological site to provide protection for hundreds of settlers who stormed it to perform religious rituals.
