A Palestinian man on Saturday morning was shot and injured by Israeli gunfire in Qusra town to the southeast of Nablus city in the northern West Bank.
Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that the wounded man suffered moderate injuries after being shot in his leg by Israeli occupation forces (IOF). He was moved to Rafidiya Governmental Hospital in Nablus.
Member of the town’s local council Abdul Atheem Wadi stated that an IOF patrol at the town’s junction opened fire at a car driven by one of the inhabitants at the pretext of allegedly refusing to stop his car.
