National Committee for the March of Return on Sunday morning started the installation of its first camp in Khuza’a border village east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Committee said that this step falls in line with ongoing preparations for the popular demonstrations that will be launched on 30th March.
The PIC reporter said that a number of bulldozers in the early morning hours started to level lands in Khuza’a as a prelude to the erection of the first camp of the Great March of Return close to the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories. The camp will be provided with a water network he added.
Thousands of Palestinians are expected to participate in massive demonstrations along Gaza’s eastern border with the 1948 occupied Palestine in demand of their right of return.
Israeli planes on Sunday morning dropped thousands of leaflets warning Gaza residents against participating in the Great March of Return events.
