An Israeli undercover unit kidnapped Monday afternoon a Palestinian young man from Barqin town west of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Local sources told PIC reporter that an elite Israeli undercover unit that disguises themselves as Arabs stormed the town in a civilian car before kidnapping a young man from a local farm at Jenin-Haifa road.
The detainee was identified as Ammar Yahya Shalabi.
Dozens of Palestinian youths were recently kidnapped in West Bank as part of Israeli search operations launched following Nablus shooting attack.
