Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem has said that his Movement has dealt positively and flexibly with all national issues in the Palestinian arena in order to achieve a national consensus on them.
In press remarks on Thursday spokesman Qasem affirmed that Hamas had given up its right to run government affairs in 2014 despite its majority at the legislative council and its decision to dissolve the administrative committee and hand over the crossings to the Palestinian Authority in 2017 adding that the Movement continued to show flexibility in the issue of elections.
He added that Hamas would always uphold the national consensus and believe in the importance of dialog as the only means to achieve it.
