The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday kidnaped at least four Palestinian citizens in the West Bank.

A statement released by the Israeli army claimed that four wanted Palestinians were arrested during campaigns in the West Bank.

According to local sources the IOF kidnaped a young man called Mahmoud Zahran from his home in Deir Abu Masha’al village west of Ramallah.

The IOF also stormed Beit Ummar town in al-Khalil and kidnaped a citizen called Ali al-Allami two weeks after demolishing his unfinished house.

In a separate incident some Jewish settlers physically assaulted a Palestinian woman in Khirbet Umm al-Marajem area in Duma village south of Nablus.

Local official Ghassan Daghlas said that settlers attacked a 35-year-old woman called Zubda Musallam with pepper spray in Khirbet Umm al-Marajem adding that she was rushed to hospital for medical assistance.

According to local sources the Israeli police in Jerusalem kidnapped two young men identified as Yazan Obeid and Abd Owaiwi from their homes in al-Issawiya district.

In Bethlehem a young man identified as Mustafa Hijazi was taken prisoner by Israeli soldiers at the Container checkpoint.

Plain-clothes soldiers also infiltrated into al-Deheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem and kidnapped 24-year-old Jihad Ma’aali.

In a statement the Israeli army affirmed its forces arrested four Palestinians in the West Bank and claimed they found a hunting rifle during a raid on home in Bethlehem.

According to different local sources the IOF kidnapped two Palestinian citizens identified as Ahmed Mousa and Mohamed Saadi during campaigns in al-Khader town south of Bethlehem and Jenin refugee camp.

Another young citizen called Obadah al-Hawwas was rounded up following a violent raid on his home in Shu’fat refugee camp northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.

The IOF also raided homes in different villages and towns in Nablus Tulkarem and al-Khalil.

According to local sources the IOF kidnapped two teenagers called Hussein al-Badan and Mohamed al-Sha’er from their homes in Taqua town east of Bethlehem.

In Nablus two young men were taken prisoners by Israeli soldiers last night at Za’atara checkpoint south of the city after intercepting the car they were aboard.

The young detainees were identified as Awad Abu Saliha and Sultan al-Minawi who work at the Nablus fire department.

Dozens of Palestinian young men were rounded up at the same checkpoint recently.

The IOF also stormed at dawn Nabi Saleh village in Ramallah and raided several homes with no reported arrests.
