Member of Hamas Political Bureau Khalil al-Haya saidWednesday that Hamas would not allow the Israeli Occupation to use thePalestinian suffering as a pawn in its April elections.
In a press statement al-Haya noted that the Great ReturnMarch protests would continue until the Palestinian people restore their rightsand achieve their demands.
The Israeli Occupation has to adhere to the ceasefireunderstandings he said.
Al-Haya noted that the Palestinian situation requiredrestoring the national unity and healing the internal division.
Al-Haya confirmed that the “Deal of the Century” does nottarget the Palestinian cause only but also all the Arab nations.
The Hamas official added that the “Deal of the Century” isaimed at abolishing the Palestinians’ right to their holy sites throughsettlement expansion and ethnic cleansing in addition to liquidating thePalestinian refugee issue by cutting all aid to UNRWA.
Al-Haya confirmed that the 12-year Israeli siege on Gaza andthe PA’s sanctions on the Palestinian people in the besieged enclave came aspart of series of steps aimed at undermining the steadfastness of thePalestinian people who are determined to resist the occupation and thwart the“Deal of the Century”.
Concerning the violent Israeli crackdown on the Palestiniandetainees in the Israeli jails al-Haya said that the Israeli aggressivemeasures against them came as part of the Israeli electoral contest.
