For politically motivated reasons the Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces have kidnapped three citizens and summoned another.
In a statement the Hamas Movement said that the PA preventive security apparatus in Jenin kidnapped engineer Ibrahim Abu Sarah from his home after midnight on Sunday and handed his family a summons ordering his brother Ahmed to turn himself in.
In Ramallah PA forces from the preventive security kidanpped Maher Abed a specialist in settlement affairs.
Another citizen called Mohamed Abdul-Latif was taken prisoner about a week ago by PA forces.
In a related context political prisoner Mujahed Ashour a student at an-Najah University has been on hunger strike for about 10 days in protest at his detention illegally by the PA intelligence agency.
