An Israeli bus carrying Jewish settlers sustained damage on Sunday evening when Palestinian resistance fighters opened fire at it on a road near al-Khalil City in the occupied West Bank.
According to Israel’s Channel 14 an Israeli driver reported that his bus came under gunfire attack on Road 381 and near the illegal settlement of Karmei Tzur north of al-Khalil City.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation army intensified the presence of its forces in the area following the shooting incident adding that its soldiers also closed the entrances of Beit Ummar and Halhul towns in northern al-Khalil.
Meanwhile resistance fighters exchanged fire on the same day with the Israeli occupation forces in Ya’bad town southwest of Jenin and damaged one of their military vehicles.
