The Hamas Movement has said that Palestinian youths in occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank will continue confronting the Israeli crimes and settlers’ attacks by all means possible.
In a press statement on Monday the spokesman of Hamas for Occupied Jerusalem Muhammad Hamadeh warned of the escalating settlers’ attacks against the Palestinian people in Jerusalem and the West Bank.
“The repeated Israeli crimes such as burning the Palestinian citizens’ vehicle attacking their houses in addition to the Israeli persistent attempts to expel Jerusalemites from their homes will not break the Palestinian people and resistance’s determination to defend their lands and holy sites” the Movement stressed.
Earlier today 620 Jewish settlers protected by Israeli police officers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and the afternoon as part of the celebrations of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.
Jewish settlers broke into the eastern area of the Al-Aqsa Mosque touring its courtyards and performing Talmudic rituals before leaving through Bab al-Silsila gate.
