The Hamas Movement has said that the resistance’s escalation of its special operations and the Palestinians’ steadfastness in the occupied West Bank have exhausted and confused the Israeli occupation state.
In a statement on Wednesday Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said that the Palestinian resistance would remain a “thorn in the side of the Israeli occupation” describing the West Bank as a “mighty fortress of resistance.”
For his part Hamas spokesman Mohamed Hamada said that the general strike that took place in the West Bank today in support of Occupied Jerusalem and Shuafat refugee camp reflected the renewed popular support for the resistance option.
Spokesman Hamada expressed his belief that the Palestinian people’s resistance of the Israeli occupation and its settlers would be more intense in the coming days calling on the Arab and Muslim nations to support the Palestinian people especially those in Jerusalem.
