A Palestinian shepherd on Tuesday morning was wounded when a horde of extremist Jewish settlers assaulted him in Masafer Yatta area south of al-Khalil in the occupied West Bank.
Local official Fuaad al-Ammour said that settlers from Yaakov Talia outpost in southern al-Khalil stormed a pastoral area in Lasifer village in Masafer Yatta and severely beat a young shepherd called Othman Abu Qabita as he was grazing his cattle on his own tract of land.
Ammour added that the young man suffered head injuries and bruises all over his body and was taken to a local hospital for medical assistance.
