Jewish settlers organized on Sunday evening a provocative rally in the Bab al-Asbat area in Occupied Jerusalem.
Jerusalemite sources reported that the settlers were deployed in the Bab al-Asbat area chanting inflammatory slogans against the Palestinians before they left the place.
Meanwhile the Israeli police were deployed in the Bab al-Asbat area and the vicinity of the Old City.
This march comes hours after settlers toured the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and evening periods.
Since 2003 the Israeli police have allowed settlers to storm the Mosque through the Magharabi Gate in the western wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque which causes clashes between the Palestinians and the occupation police.
The Israeli occupation authority targets Jerusalemites with arrests deportation orders and fines with the aim of dissuading them from frequenting the Al-Aqsa Mosque and leaving it an easy prey for the settlers.
