Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas said it formed a special team to investigate the death of three Palestinian fishermen off the southern coast of the besieged Gaza Strip.
In a brief statement on Sunday al-Qassam Brigades said its leadership delegated a special team to find out the circumstances of the painful incident that happened to the fishermen.
The Brigades added that it would announce the truth about what happened as soon as possible.
The Brigades also mourned the fishermen who died in the explosion incident.
According to local sources three fishermen were killed on Sunday morning when a projectile fell onto their boat off the shore of Khan Yunis south of Gaza. All the victims are from the family of al-Lahham.
