The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday attacked Palestinian fishermen and farmers in the west and east of the embattled Gaza Strip.
According to local sources Israeli gunboats opened fire at fishermen and their boats as they were working within three nautical miles off the coast of al-Sudaniya area in the north of Gaza City.
The naval forces also fired water cannons at the fishing boats forcing them to return ashore.
In the east of Gaza City Israeli soldiers behind the border fence fired live ammunition and smoke grenades from watchtowers and tanks at farmers as they were working their swaths of agricultural land in al-Zeitoun area.
