Palestinian prisoner Wael al-Jaghoub has been held incommunicado and under harsh incarceration conditions for a week in an Israeli jail.
According to the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs prisoner Jaghoub was transferred last Sunday from Gilboa prison to Megiddo jail and has been since then locked up in an isolation cell that is windowless badly lit filthy and poorly ventilated.
The prisoner has also been deprived of seeing his family for a long time.
Jaghoub was arrested in 2001 and since then he has been serving a life sentence.
