“We were deeply saddened to have learned the passing of Suhad Jarrar” the Palestinian forum in Britain said and extended deepest condolences to the bereaved family.
Suhad has devoted herself to the Palestinian cause and the whole Palestinian community is saddened by her passing away the statement released on Wednesday said.
“We express our deepest and most heartfelt respect for her work and distinguished role in preserving the Palestinian heritage and fashion and her valuable collection from it. Some of which are more than a hundred years old and she has provided them to charity in support of the cause and to preserve the (Palestinian) identity” the PFB underlined.
The deceased had won the PFB award for the Preservation of Palestinian Heritage in 2019.
