The Israeli occupation police last night stormed neighborhoods in Issawiya and Silwan districts in east Jerusalem and brutalized Palestinian citizens.
According to local sources police forces provocatively patrolled streets in Obeid neighborhood in Issawiya and Abu Tayeh neighborhood in Silwan and harassed local residents without making arrests.
Meanwhile the Israeli police detained a group of Palestinian young men at an interrogation center near al-Asbat area in the Old City of Jerusalem throughout the night-time Isha and Tarawih prayers.
The police also warned the Muslim worshipers of performing prayers near the Aqsa Mosque and issued 500-shekel fines against several young men at the pretext of violating the coronavirus emergency state.
