The Hamas Movement has said that Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu’s remarks about eradicating the idea of establishing a Palestinian state reflected “the occupation’s fascism” and vindicated further that “the peace process are a mere illusion.”
In a statement on Monday Hamas said that Netanyahu’s remarks exposed once again “the goals of the fascist [Zionist] entity that are based on the idea of genocide ethnic cleansing and settler colonialism.”
In light of such remarks the Movement called on the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to reconsider their agreements with the Israeli occupation state and their efforts to revive the “frivolous” peace negotiations with it.
The Movement also urged the Arab leaders to activate their boycott of the occupation state and renounce all forms of normalization with it.
