The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Wednesday morning demolished a Palestinian house in Silwan district east of Jerusalem.
According to SAFA news agency police forces escorting municipal employees encircled the house of Yazeed Khalaileh in Silwan before knocking it down.
Silwan is one of many Palestinian areas in east Jerusalem that are facing home demolitions and displacement campaigns as part of Israel’s Judaization activities in the holy city.
