The Hamas Movement has hailed the voting with an overwhelming majority in favor of Palestine at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
The Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif Al-Qanou on Thursday called on the UN to adopt concrete measures to translate these resolutions into actions.
He added that the UN should work towards holding the Israeli occupation accountable for its fascist crimes against the Palestinian people.
Earlier on Wednesday the ECOSOC passed two resolutions that support the Palestinian narrative and spotlight the continued Israeli siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.
