The Hamas Movement has hailed the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People for issuing a report that labeled the Israeli occupation of the West Bank as a grave violation and an infringement on international laws and conventions.
In a press statement on Thursday the Movement expressed its appreciation over the report’s call on the fascist Israeli government to immediately withdraw from the occupied West Bank.
The Movement renewed its call on the international community to urgently put the outcomes of such reports into action and take all measures needed to end the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
It also called for prosecuting Israeli leaders and settlers on their crimes against the Palestinian people lands and holy sites.
Earlier on Wednesday evening the UN Committee issued a report that highlighted several crimes committed by the Israeli occupation including settlement expansion plans confiscating Palestinian lands and violating the Palestinian people’s rights.
