Ahmed Qaddoura a young man full of energy and creativity a lover of life whose smile never leaves his face. Like his peers he had a deep love for football which he followed passionately.
During the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar he wanted to volunteer to be close to his beloved sport and indeed he was among the list of young volunteers.
However as the savage Israeli occupation has done for decades it kills every joy and happiness of Palestinian youth taking whatever means it can to do so. Ahmed became a martyr along with 40 members of his family in a criminal Israeli shelling of their homes in northern Gaza.
It is worth mentioning that “They Are Not Numbers” is a series that showcases some of the stories of Palestinian martyrs during the Israeli occupation’s aggression. Every day a new glimpse of the honorable biography of one of the martyrs in Gaza is published.
Since October 7 the Israeli occupation forces have been carrying out a massacre in the Gaza Strip through air land and sea resulting in more than 40000 casualties including martyrs missing persons and wounded as a form of revenge against the Palestinian civilians.
