The freedom of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails is Hamas’s top priority Sheikh Saleh al-Aruri the deputy chairman of the Hamas Movement said on Thursday.
He told a ceremony in Gaza that his Movement is ready to increase the number of captured Israeli soldiers in order to swap them for Palestinian prisoners.
Aruri affirmed that Hamas will not rest until all Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails are liberated.
Families of Palestinian prisoners are impatiently waiting for a prisoners’ swap deal to free their loved ones from Israeli dungeons. The armed wing of Hamas is holding four Israeli soldiers in its captivity.
