Sheikh Ahmed al-Khalili Grand Mufti of Oman has affirmed that the liberation of Palestine and the Aqsa Mosque is a debt owed by the entire Muslim nation and should be paid fully.
In a statement on Saturday Sheikh Khalili said that the far-right Israeli government’s aggressive tendencies towards the Aqsa Mosque are a “declaration of war” and a “disregard for the feelings of the Muslim nation.”
He stressed the need for the Muslim nation to join forces to confront the Israeli aggression against the Aqsa Mosque and support the Palestinian people in their struggle for their land.
