A Palestinian young man was shot and killed on Thursday evening by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) after allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing attack south of the West Bank city of al-Khalil.
22-year-old Sharif Rabaa’ succumbed to a serious injury inflicted on him by IOF soldiers who claimed that he attempted to stab one of them in Fawwar refugee camp.
Eyewitnesses said that the IOF shot Rabaa’ then took him to an unknown place before declaring him dead.
Hebrew media claimed that Rabaa’ attempted to stab an Israeli soldier near a military checkpoint at the entrance of Fawwar camp south of al-Khalil.
