Spokesman of Hamas Movement for Occupied Jerusalem Muhammad Hamadeh has called for confronting the Jewish settlers’ raids into Al-Aqsa Mosque scheduled to be launched on Tuesday and Wednesday.
In a press statement on Monday spokesman Hamadeh warned that the new Israeli attacks against Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque would lead to an explosion in the region.
Israeli “Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir’s threats against the Palestinian people constitute part of the Israeli government’s fascist policies” Hamadeh underlined affirming that the Palestinian people will not be weakened by such threats.
Hamadeh reiterated that the Palestinian people and resistance will continue defending their lands and holy sites especially in the holy month of Ramadan adding that Palestinians will meet the continued Israeli crimes with more resistance activities.
Extremist Jewish temple mount groups had called for storming the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday and Wednesday to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim.
