A delegation from the Hamas Movement has met with the Russian Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow on Thursday.
The Hamas delegation discussed with the Russian official the Palestinian developments including the escalating crimes committed by the Israeli occupation and Jewish settlers in Jerusalem and the West Bank according to a Hamas statement on Friday.
It added that the Movement’s officials elaborated on the racist Israeli practices topped by the systematic killing of Palestinian citizens stressing that the Palestinian people have the right to resist the Israeli occupation by all means possible.
For his part Bogdanov affirmed to the Hamas delegation his country’s support of the Palestinian people’s rights and its efforts in support of the just Palestinian cause.
The head of Hamas’s international relations office Mousa Abu Marzouk led the delegation which included member of Hamas’s political bureau Ezzat al-Resheq as well as the Movement’s representative in Moscow.
