The Hamas Movement has denounced the Palestinian Authority (PA) leadership for participating in a security meeting on Sunday with the Israeli occupation state in Egypt’s Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
Senior officials from Egypt Jordan and the US will attend the meeting today March 19.
In a statement on Sunday Hamas affirmed that the occupation state escalated its aggression against the Palestinian people across the West Bank following the recent security meeting in the Jordanian city of Aqaba.
The Movement expressed its dismay over the PA leadership’s insistence on deviating from the national consensus and disrespecting the martyrs’ blood and the prisoners’ suffering stressing its meetings with “the fascist Zionists” provide them with the opportunity and cover to commit more crimes against the Palestinian people their land and holy sites.
It urged the PA leadership to immediately stop slipping into the path of the dangerous security projects that target the Palestinian people’s resistance and end all forms of security coordination with the occupation state and its security apparatuses.
