A Palestinian citizen was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday evening after allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing and car-ramming attack near the West Bank city of Salfit.
The Palestinian ministry of health reported that the Palestinian citizen Ahmad Taha 39 was killed after IOF soldiers fired live bullets at him near Salfit.
Meanwhile Israeli police said that a Jewish settler panicked due to the attempted double attack at the entrance of the illegal settlement of Ariel. No casualties were reported in the alleged double attack.
Palestinian resistance fighters have been escalating resistance operations in the West Bank and Jerusalem in response to the repeated Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people and lands.
