The Hamas Movement has strongly denounced the Israeli occupation government for planning to seize and Judaize the ancient village of Sebastia in Nablus affirming that the Palestinian people will not stop defending their land and holy sites.
In press remarks on Monday Hamas spokesman Abdul-Latif Qanu said that the Israeli government’s decision to allocate a budget for the Judaization of the archeological site of Sebastia in Nablus is a criminal act that aims to control the place.
Qanu added that the Palestinian people would confront the Israeli settlement practices with might and main describing the new Judaization project in Sebastia as a violation of the UN resolutions that condemn Israel’s settlement activity in the occupied Palestinian territories.
He urged the international community the UN and its institutions to curb Israel’s fascist crimes and to work seriously to end the occupation and the injustice being inflicted on the Palestinian people.
