Thursday 29-June-2023

Recently Jerusalemite officials and activists urged their compatriots to intensify their presence at the Aqsa Mosque to protect it against Judaization and desecration by Jewish settlers.

For his part Sheikh Ra’ed Salah head of the Islamic Movement in 1948 occupied Palestine called for frequenting the Aqsa Mosque during the holy days of Eid al-Adha.

Sheikh Salah also congratulated the Palestinian people and the Arab and Muslim nations on the occasion of Eid al-Adha holiday.

Tens of thousands of Palestinian citizens flocked on Wednesday to the Mosque at dawn and in the early morning hours to observe the Eid prayer and khutba (sermon) and celebrate the occasion.
