Member of the Hamas Movement’s political bureau abroad Ali Baraka has called for confronting the Israeli crimes and the repeated Jewish settlers’ incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
In a press statement on Sunday Baraka said that the escalating Jewish settlers’ raids into the Al-Aqsa Mosque requires the Palestinian people and Muslim nations to protect the Mosque against Israeli desecration.
“Not only do the Israeli occupation and its Jewish settlers violate the sanctities of Muslim and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem but they also attack sit-ins in solidarity with Palestinian families who are at risk of forcible expulsion and arbitrary detention” Baraka stressed.
He affirmed that the Palestinian people will continue defending their lands and holy sites calling on the Arab and Muslim nations to act urgently to protect Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Israeli Judaization plans.
