Hisham Qassem member of Hamas Movement’s political bureau abroad has stressed that the Al-Aqsa Mosque is the core of the Palestinian struggle against Israel.
In an interview on Tuesday Qassem said the Israeli government is escalating its war against the Al-Aqsa Mosque after 54 years of the arson attack that targeted the holy site.
Qassem expressed deep concern over the situation of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in light of the Israeli plots to destroy the Mosque calling on Arab and Muslim nations to support the Mosque and the Palestinian issue by all means possible.
&ldquoResistance is the only way to protect the holy site&rdquo Qassem affirmed hailing the Palestinian resistance fighters in the West Bank for escalating their resistance activities.
He also hailed bravery of the Palestinian prisoners who have been escalating their protest steps against the Israeli policies.
