Sheikh Saleh al-Aruri deputy head of Hamas’s political bureau and Ziyad al-Nakhala secretary-general of the Islamic Jihad Movement met with Hasan Nasrallah Hezbollah leader in Beirut and discussed with him the latest developments in the region especially in the Palestinian arena.
According to Hamas’s official website their meeting included a joint assessment of the situation in the West Bank especially the escalating resistance operations and the recent Israeli assassination threats against resistance leaders.
The leaders highlighted the unity of the resistance axis in the face of the Israeli occupation state and its aggression and the importance of daily coordination and communication between resistance groups especially in Palestine and Lebanon.
