Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem described as &ldquoarrogant&rdquo Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
Qasem in a statement on Friday said that such arrogance was the result of the existing normalization agreements with Arab countries and those in progress.
Netanyahu’s emphasis on the positive outcomes of normalization emphasizes that this approach exclusively serves the interests of the Israeli colonial occupation and poses a threat to the Palestinian cause and national interests Qasem added.
He further stressed that the Israeli government will continue to exploit the normalization track to escalate its acts of aggression against the Palestinian people aiming to eliminate their presence.
Qassem called on the Islamic nation to strengthen resistance to the normalization approach with Israel and to escalate calls for its boycott.
