The Islamic Jihad Movement has strongly denounced what it described as the &ldquomalicious remarks&rdquo that were made by US secretary of state Anthony Blinken stressing that Washington vindicated further that it is a &ldquomajor sponsor of Israel’s terrorism against the Palestinian people.&rdquo
&ldquoBlinken’s speech and the previous remarks made by president Joe Biden which likened the resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip to ISIS are aimed at intimidating the world’s free people into refraining from supporting our people&rdquo Islamic Jihad said in a statement on Thursday.
Islamic Jihad added that the remarks of Blinken and Biden &ldquogave the Zionist entity the green light to commit genocide against our people and provided it with political cover to escape punishment and accountability.&rdquo
&ldquoWhile we condemn such reprehensible and hateful remarks we call upon our Arab and Muslim nations to reject them and not to yield to the American terrorism&rdquo Islamic Jihad said.
