Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed a Palestinian teen and seriously wounded a child in Beit Fajjar town in southern Bethlehem in the West Bank on Monday evening.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that 18-year-old Yusuf Jalal was hit with an IOF bullet in the head and was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
Local sources said that violent confrontations erupted after IOF soldiers stormed the western entrance of the town firing live bullets teargas and stun grenades at the unarmed young men who were protesting the raid.
The IOF has thus killed seven Palestinians in the West Bank on Monday.
