The Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs has accused the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) of assassinating 38-year-old Thaer Abu Asab a resident of Qalqilya in the Negev jail.
According to the Commission prisoner Abu Asab has been in jail since May 25 2005 serving a 25-year term.
This unfortunate incident marks him as the sixth prisoner deliberately killed in Israeli jails since the start of Operation “Al-Aqsa Flood” on October 7.
The Commission accused the IOA of carrying out a systematic assassination campaign against Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
