Representatives of Palestinian factions and leaders taking part in the solidarity conference for Palestine in Johannesburg, South Africa, called on the international community and the free countries of the world to take a swift action to halt the Israeli brutal aggression and genocidal war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The Palestinian participants and attendees of the conference hailed the steadfastness of the Palestinian people who defied the Israeli plans of displacing the Palestinians in Gaza, applauding the resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank as well as pro-Palestine advocates across the world.
The conference participants called for exerting efforts to open Rafah border crossing permanently and unconditionally for the entry of humanitarian, relief, and medical aids into the besieged Gaza Strip in light of the prevailing humanitarian catastrophe.
The attendees also thanked South Africa and extended their gratitude to its historic role in support of the Palestinian people, referring to the supportive position of its leader Nelson Mandela advocating the Palestinian people and their national rights to freedom and justice.
The convening parties hailed The Global Campaign to Return to Palestine for its effective role and initiatives aiming at backing the legitimate rights of Palestinian people.
