A Palestinian teenager under age 18 was martyred after he succumbed to a serious bullet injury he sustained earlier on Saturday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at local youths in Azzun town, east of Qalqilya.
According to local sources, the clashes started when Israeli forces stormed Azzun town.
The sources said that the IOF intensively fired live bullets and tear gas canisters during the skirmishes with the young men, wounding 17-year-old Mahmoud Abu Haneyya with a bullet in his back.
The teenager was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead from his critical injury.
Abu Haneyya was the fourth Palestinian the IOF killed today in the West Bank.
