The Hebrew media revealed on Monday that an Israeli soldier cold-bloodedly killed a Palestinian civilian in his custody a few hours after he was taken prisoner in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation army’s military police claimed that they launched an investigation into the killing of this Palestinian by a soldier who was supposed to be guarding him.
According to the Hebrew media, Israeli soldiers arrested a Palestinian in Gaza on Sunday evening and later they handed him over to a soldier to guard him after interrogators finished questioning him, but the soldier suddenly opened fire at the detainee and killed him.
According to the Israeli Kan public broadcaster, the soldier justified the incident by claiming that he had felt in danger after the detainee allegedly attacked him, and thus opened fire.
