Al Jazeera satellite channel broadcast on Saturday evening a video recording of four Israeli soldiers, who had been held captive in the Gaza Strip before they were shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces in al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
The video recording, released by al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, included scenes of four soldiers making appeals to their government to stop the war and bombardments and work on having them released.
Recently, the Israeli army published results of an investigation into the killing of three of those soldiers, who were allegedly shot dead by mistake by its forces during the ongoing ground operation in Gaza.
Following the investigation, the army said that the shooting was against its rules of engagement and that the soldiers involved would face disciplinary procedures.
The captives were killed while they were waving a white flag and calling for help in Hebrew.
