Palestinian factions have affirmed that the plans of the Israeli leaders to establish a political administration in the Gaza Strip under civilian and other names “will fail in the face of our people’s resilience and the courage of our resistance.”
The factions stated in a statement on Saturday that the Israeli occupation government continues to pursue its old-new plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause and displace the Palestinian people from all Palestinian land. However, this illusion will break against the rock of the Palestinian people’s resilience and patience. “This plan will fail and fall, just like all previous Zionist-American projects.”
They pointed out that the failure of the Israeli leaders to achieve the second Nakba of displacement has made the Israeli government seek another means to strike at Palestinian resilience and exploit the catastrophic humanitarian conditions faced by the Palestinian people due to the ongoing genocide through military aggression, total siege, and infrastructure destruction.
“They aim to create local civilian or tribal bodies, as they claim, to manage the Gaza Strip. However, this will not be achieved thanks to our people’s steadfastness and our creative resistance in the field.”
The factions emphasized that the failure of the military aggression to achieve its stated objectives has prompted the occupation state to pre-empt matters through these aggressive plans, “which our people and all its political, social, and civil components reject.”
They affired, “Our people will not engage with these ideas or proposals because any dealing with them is a national betrayal that no one will accept, agree to, or be a part of, including individuals, institutions, dignitaries, and leaders.”
The Palestinian factions stated that the goal of this conspiracy is to determine the form of governance in the Gaza Strip in the coming period, to make it a compliant tool in the hands of Israel to continue its discriminatory project against the Palestinian cause.
They concluded by saying, “Our people’s aspirations for governance in the Gaza Strip after the retreat of the occupation following the defeat of its racist project will be an internal matter through a national partnership without monopolization, marginalization, or exclusion of any of its political components. All of these conspiracies will fail in the face of our great people’s determination and heroic resistance.”
