The Hamas Movement said in a statement on Tuesday evening, “The Nazi occupation army’s targeting of the popular and tribal committees that were securing the distribution of aid is further evidence of the sadism of the criminal Zionist occupation.”

The Movement confirmed that the IOF intends to attack any local or national tribal structures that organize the distribution of humanitarian aid, stressing that the IOF is trying to create a state of security chaos, so that it can implement its malicious plan aimed at pushing the Palestinian people to flee their land.

Hamas called on the international community and all international and regional bodies to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities to halt the Israeli aggression.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) had assassinated three police officers in the Gaza Strip over the past couple of days in an attempt to create a state of chaos and thwart arrangements for securing aid entry into the Strip.

Local sources reported the martyrdom of Lieutenant Colonel Mahmoud Al-Bayoumi, the head of the Nuseirat Police Station, along with his companion and two children in an Israeli attack on a car in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip.

In another crime that took place one night ago, the IOF assassinated Lieutenant Colonel Raed Al-Banna, the head of Investigation Service in northern Gaza, by bombing his house, killing him along with his wife.

The sources indicated that Al-Banna was the official responsible for securing the entry of humanitarian aid into Jabalia and its refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Last Monday, the IOF murdered the Director of Central Police Operations in Gaza, Brigadier General Faiq Al-Mabhouh, during its raid on Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.

Al-Mabhouh was in charge of coordinating with the tribes and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) for a secured entry of humanitarian aid into the northern Gaza Strip.

The Government Media Office in Gaza said that the assassination of Al-Mabhouh came two days after official efforts had managed to bring 15 aid trucks into the northern Gaza Strip after months of obstruction.

On Tuesday evening, at least 30 Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli bombing that targeted tribal committees that distribute aid at the Kuwait Roundabout in Gaza City.

The head of the Hamas’s political bureau, Ismail Haneyya, said in a statement on Tuesday that the IOF targeting of police officers, members, and administrative government agencies in the Strip demonstrates that the IOF works intentionally to spread chaos and perpetuate bloodshed in Gaza.
