The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and at dawn Thursday a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, while resistance fighters attacked them in some areas.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two citizens after pillaging their homes in Nablus City.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped a young man from his home in Ras Karkar village.
The IOF also stormed Umm ash-Sharayet area in al-Bireh City in Ramallah province and opened fire at local youths. One young man suffered a critical bullet injury in his head and was rushed to Palestine Hospital.
Israeli soldiers also savagely assaulted a young man in al-Quds street in Bireh City before kidnaping him.
Two other young men were taken prisoners by the IOF in al-Sharfa area at the eastern entrance of Husan village, west of Bethlehem.
In al-Khalil, the IOF also kidnaped two young men from al-Arroub refugee camp, two others from Beit Ummar town and one from as-Samu town.
In Jerusalem, Israeli police forces kidnaped a teenager from al-Jib town, northwest of the holy city.
Meanwhile, resistance fighters showered Israeli forces with bullets and detonated explosive devices at them in different areas of the West Bank, especially in Tulkarem, Nablus and Jenin.
Resistance fighters also attacked the illegal settlement of Karmei Tzur in al-Khalil with pipe bombs and threw Molotov cocktails at the IOF watchtower at the main entrance of al-Arroub refugee camp.
