The Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Friday that the Israeli occupation army committed six massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, claiming the lives of at least 39 civilians and wounding 58 others.
The Ministry said in a statement that the toll of the Israeli aggression had thus risen to 34,943 martyrs and 78,572 injuries since October 7, 2023.
Many other victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews could not reach them due to the intense Israeli occupation army’s bombardment, the Ministry underlined.
It appealed to the public to report to the ministry on the identity and numbers of their missing and martyred relatives, as the numbers published by the ministry were only of those reaching hospitals.
Since October 7, the Israeli occupation forces have been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded and missing, in addition to the displacement of two million people and massive destruction of homes and infrastructure that affected more than 70% of the buildings, with a suffocating siege and a stifling humanitarian crisis, and an unprecedented famine, especially in Gaza City and the northern governorates.
